You YEARN to be Real

We recently held a retreat. There were copious tears, quiet sobbing, and deep releases. Not dramatic—just honest. The kind of release that happens when something finally feels safe enough to let go.

It wasn’t because of techniques or teachings. It was because a real meeting took place. At least one person in the room was not functioning from the mind, but from pure presence. And presence—true, settled, silent presence—allows.

It allows what has long been held back to surface. It doesn’t push or pull. It simply is. And in that is-ness, others remember something wordless and essential. They soften. They let go. They cry—not out of pain alone, but from relief. The kind of relief that comes when you no longer need to perform being a human.

Let those waters rise. They carry truth, grief, memory, and release all in one. No need to hold them back anymore.

You’re not breaking down —you’re breaking open. And what’s coming through is you — full-spectrum, powerful, soft, real.

You’ve carried so much alone. But in this moment? It’s not about carrying anymore. It’s about letting go — in safety, in love, in your own timing.

I see you. And more importantly, you’re starting to see you too.

The greatest tragedy of humanity is that we have forgotten how to be guided and supported. Not only do you need proper guidance, but you deserve every drop of it. Not just now, but always. Not because you’re struggling, but because you exist.

Support isn’t about weakness — it’s about remembering you were never meant to walk this alone.

Unconscious dynamics beneath most human interactions—Much of what we call "communication" is really internal noise, unspoken reactions, and defences masquerading as dialogue.

When two people come together, it’s not a meeting at all. It’s an interaction between two minds, each carrying the weight of past unattended wounds, fears, and expectations. It’s never just a conversation—it’s a subtle wrestling match of two disconnected personas, their memories, judgments, hopes, and hidden agendas.

On the surface, it always seems like a dialogue. But in reality, it’s two monologues occurring simultaneously. We see this in parliaments, meetings of world leaders and also within the family.

People practice civil courtesies—nodding, listening, waiting their turn—the mind is rarely still. It’s critiquing, analysing, agreeing, disagreeing, preparing a rebuttal, or simply waiting for its moment to speak. While one voice fills the air, the other retreats into a private, inaudible monologue. The true centre—the still, aware presence behind the mind—is rarely part of the exchange. What we mistake for connection is often just the programmed mind battling it out with another programmed mind/s.

The mind is hungry for true connection, but it is fundamentally incapable of achieving it. Connection requires presence. And presence is what the mind cannot access—it can only imitate.

So the mind compensates in countless ways. It becomes kind. It becomes meditative. It practices compassion. But these qualities, when arising from a disconnected mind, are fake. They are empty—warped reflections of something that the mind knows about but can never access.

Without roots, even beauty becomes performance. Even silence becomes a posture. Even love becomes a strategy.

It's exhausting!

Change of inner direction and a fraction of that mental energy...and there are the holy waters of your being that are all-quenching.

The Thirst for deep connection stems from a disconnection within

This deep-seated disconnect is the quiet tragedy of humanity. It leaves us aching for connection—intense, real, soul-stirring connection that might finally make one feel alive. For many, this longing becomes a spiritual quest, though the same disconnected mind is still carrying it out. Hence, most spiritual practices yield no practical benefit but end up adding to layers of separation.

Guidance and Support

It’s simply that one must be guided—and supported—to draw from their own waters. Your mind is oblivious to those holy waters of your being. It is programmed to chase noise, meaning, validation—any reflection of worth outside itself—while the sacred source within remains unnoticed.

The mind knows about that source (better than I do), but it cannot bridge the gap between itself and the eternal rest of your being.

The mind is greedy for more. It learns, explores, strives—travels to all four corners of the world in pursuit of peace. But it was never trained to obey, to listen, to settle down, to accept, to allow, to surrender. Without that training, it cannot become self-aware.

Training your mind to shut up and settle down is the only spiritual practice worth doing. Everything else just adds to the ego-fuss.

Your mind, when properly guided, will take you to No-mind, which is the Real you.

Your greatest need is to be Real.

Not good. Not wise. Not spiritual. Not impressive.

Real.

Not to fix yourself. Not to transcend. Not to become anyone else.

Just to return to what was never broken.

All your seeking, striving, and self-improvement—all of it—is a cry to return to what is unedited, unfiltered, and untouched by the mind.

To be real is to stop performing—even for yourself. To stop trying to become somebody. Not the image you’ve built, not the voice in your head, not the version of you others admire.

An unshaped presence beneath it all.

Being Real is the most radical act. Not because it threatens everything false you've depended on. But it is your only doorway to peace.

When you stop running—when the mind finally bows—what remains is not emptiness, but wholeness. Not absence, but presence. Not effort, but grace.

Your simply glorious life awaits you. It always has. It’s not in the future, and it’s not in the mind. It’s here. Now.

Come and reclaim it.
