What is transmission?
Everything radiates - people, places, animals, even rooms.
You feel it instinctively. A rested presence settles you. A restless one agitates you.
When someone is living from their true centre, their presence becomes a catalyst for another centre to come alive.
From that stillness, peace, clarity, and simplicity are passed on effortlessly, without any teaching or preaching
Spending time in that field, something of that field begins to resonate within you.
In the Indian tradition, this is called transmission, or shaktipat - wisdom passed down through presence rather than teaching.
Is it possible to be truly happy?
Happiness, as an emotion, comes and goes.
Peace is not one for coming or going. She is.
What’s offered here is not constant happiness, but a stable inner ease that can hold joy, sadness, success, or loss without collapse.
In peace, happiness is welcomed when it arises - and not awaited when it doesn’t.
This isn’t numbness. It’s emotional maturity.
I feel like I don’t belong in this world.
Neither does anyone else, even those who appear to fit in really well.
This feeling isn’t a flaw.
It’s a subtle acknowledgement that your true sense of being is not entirely convinced of the roles and identities around you.
You sense something is amiss. It's natural and can help you find the real in you.
Life disappoints, unsettles, and breaks the heart, not to punish you, but to return you to yourself.
In deep sleep, where is the world? When consciousness rests, the world disappears with it.
For now, here you are. Live. What else?
Live fully.
What is spirituality?
Certainly not self-improvement or a healing project! Not collecting experiences. Spirituality is the unveiling of what you already are- your true centre.
A life lived from the true centre does not separate life into worldly and spiritual, mind does.
True spirituality makes you more human, more grounded, more ordinary, and more alive.
Divine-up is, in essence, human-up.
Being human, not the dazzling and perfect one, but a real one.
What is the point of life?
Life is for living.
The mind looks for meaning because it struggles with what can’t be justified with logic.
Life doesn’t care for justification.
Children don’t ask the point of play. They play fully and move on.
If there’s any point at all, it’s this:
to learn how to live your life, fully engaged, until immersion itself becomes liberation.
What is the biggest obstacle to peace?
Seeking it.
Peace can't be found.
It reveals itself only when space is made.
Generally, people want peace without letting go of control or the storyline.
Peace is a natural consequence of receptivity, not effort
When resistance softens, peace, which was never absent, becomes obvious.
Peace happens with grace.
Will I lose myself?
No, on the contrary, you’ll meet yourself more fully, perhaps for the first time.
What falls away are borrowed knowledge, beliefs, habits, and old identities that were never truly yours.
Losing Excess weight is not losing yourself.
The false falls of, the real stays. That's not going anywhere!
It’s a homecoming.
Will I become dependent on you?
What often arises is trust and openness, which can feel unfamiliar at first.
This isn’t dependence or independence.
It’s ease.
Nothing is taken from you. What’s revealed is your own centre.
What actually happens when we meet?
Mostly, we talk - as people.
There’s no spiritual circus.
I speak directly to the energy that’s running you, rather than your mind.
When the underlying structure of experience and reality is seen clearly, things rearrange on their own.
Effort drops. Complexity simplifies.
Nothing is fixed. Nothing needs to.
What’s real is allowed to show up, and what’s heavy begins to lighten.
How long does it take to feel a difference?
Change does not keep a timetable. She happens. It's natural.
Some notice shifts quickly. Others more slowly.
The value lies in continuity.
You don’t wait for life to begin. You stop, almost forget putting life on hold until it changes...
You start arriving while living it.
Do I need to understand what’s happening?
No.
Understanding often comes later, if at all. And it’s not required.
You can be confused and still be changed. You will recognise.
What if nothing happens?
That’s often how it starts.
When effort drops, change becomes quiet.
One day, you notice you’re less tangled, breathing easier, arguing less with yourself.
Life feels simpler, and that’s how you know something real has shifted.
Who is this for?
Anyone willing to show up and stay present with their own life.
No background required. No preparation needed.
If you like to live fully, you’re welcome.
Is this about awakening or enlightenment?
Not really.
Those words carry too much expectation.
This is more about living without inner conflict and being at ease in your own skin and in your own life.
If something deeper unfolds, it unfolds.
If not, life still gets better.
Is the world becoming more spiritual?
There’s definitely more language, more information about it.
A spiritual identity has arisen collectively. There is a bandwagon.
But peace doesn’t spread through trends.
A 'spiritual journey' is a movement from you to you; it's the most deeply personal and most intimate thing you will do.
Spirituality is a quiet, individual and very personal thing. It has always been and always will be that way.
What are the signs of inner progress?
The first thing you notice is that you are more settled
The mind quietens instead of spinning stories all the time.
You remain engaged with life, but less entangled.
Effort drops off. Questions fall away. You grow more respectful and private about your inner world.
The feeling - Everything is how it should be. This quiet sense of being looked after...
Ordinary life starts becoming the main source of joy and satisfaction.
