Settle down, life is great!

After a couple of years' break from Facebook, I came back briefly to spread the word about an open day I plan to host.

FB is exactly how I left it. People are still posting their usual stuff. In the first few days, I was an outsider, and then I started chiming in, here and there, and then it became really sucky.

Social media is an excellent representation of the collective human mind. The human collective is stuck in fear, lack and anti-life consciousness.

There is so much health stuff, exercises, food, dietary tips, superfoods, and super hacks for heart health, the nervous system, and the immune system. The spiritual wisdom, the great teachers, and their pithy little messages are all very tacky and all too freely available. It is so free that it is more harmful than beneficial. If you are perceptive, you may physically feel this unsettling energy. The ceaseless cacophony of wisdom has jangled people's nervous systems! It all sounds holistic, but fear is the energy behind all the good stuff.

All this content has little value in your practical life. It has filled people's heads with holistic junk and robbed them of years' worth of their time, which could be used in engaging with themselves and their lives, just living and enjoying oneself. Life is short, and a smartphone is constantly pulling you into cyberspace, not letting you settle in the real space. Social media has taken you to the next level of not living your life. Posting photos of good times, beauty spots, travels, road trips, lovely lunches, and dinners they are having. Who really cares? For whose benefit? The screen is eating up your time, and you and your children are barely talking to each other. What good is this cyber life? Real is passing by.

Lack of control over their own minds and lives is compensated for by asserting power and influence over others. Content makers and influencers with millions of followers- slick content to get your likes, shares and attention. How empowered is this energy? You are absorbing unsettled energy from social media.

You are running away from yourself. You really don't need to. Settle down and you will find that the present moment is your power. You can bring your attention to yourself, and peace will start to arise in your heart. You cannot be absent from your own life. There is so much sorrow, rigidity, and disconnection because people are frantically after what they want, but are totally oblivious to what they truly need.

You need you.

You need to become available to yourself. You must hold your real space. Being absent from oneself unsettles you and causes disconnection with others. If you lock up and leave home. Come back after a few weeks; you will find the vital energy of the house stagnant and dead; maybe there is mould, damp, or maybe rodents have moved in. It's no longer a home. A house becomes home when you live there, engage with it, cook, spend time, and put your energy into it. Then the Juices flow. Juices in your life don't flow without you. You have not been taught the art of settling. Everyone has encouraged you to be successful and rich, and you must get busy, or at least look busy, if you want to succeed.

I ask you this- Are you aware of your presence? Or are you here while your mind is lost elsewhere—on the past, the future, or merely hoping and planning to be happier?

How often do you sit around doing nothing? I bet you feel guilty if you are not doing something! Do you ever hang around, chatting and having endless cups of tea without feeling judged? Do you sit around watching the world go by?

If you are uncomfortable doing nothing, it's because you are unsettled and trying to cover it up by being active

The first sign of progress is settledness. You will settle down in your daily life. You will be more engaged with your immediate family. If that is broken, no matter how spiritual you are, life is not fun.

You need your life to work out first, before you can meditate. Fact. Do the first thing first.I throw you back with you. When you can learn to master your emotions, you will slowly but surely start to master your mind, and ultimately your reality.

True freedom is within you; peace and happiness you seek are also already present in you. You need a key to unlock that inner treasure.

I help you unlock your own treasure. Your inner treasure is yours to own. It lets you live beautifully.

I was done living like a pauper, I yearned for something bigger than what the world offered.

Are you willing to dive into your own abundant being?
